• Collaborate with CSA Supervisor and Resource Manager on service procedures aligned with client experience.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify trends, resource needs, or process gaps.
• Support testing, implementation, and documentation of investment-related systems and workflows.
• Support oversight of PAX’s internal models, including PAX 44, and build version 2.0 through a structured due diligence and visioning process.
• Conduct SWOT analyses on models, positions, and alternatives (e.g., Ares, Monroe, Eaglebrook).
• Assist with platform oversight for Pontera, SmartX, BlackRock, and structured products.
• Review structured note offerings and ensure alignment with advisor and client experience.
• Support tax-loss harvesting execution and model alignment.
• Attend advisor and client meetings as needed for portfolio alignment and case support.
• Facilitate internal investment committee meetings and portfolio reviews.
• Lead due diligence on direct indexing and alternative products.
• Assist with strategic implementation of new investment solutions.
